Refund policy

Our Goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our Service or Products please Contact Us immediately.


Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of order receipt in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price. If your merchandise was damaged in shipping, not working properly or if you received the incorrect item, Safety Kits Plus will pay the cost of the return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of returning merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and an RMA number. All returns must be in like-new condition and in the original shipping box. Returns may be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All sales are final on orders with custom contents and/or with custom imprints or embroidery and these orders are not eligible for return. Exceptions would include items that are damaged or defective. 

TO RETURN MERCHANDISE:

  1. Call customer service within 7 days of receipt of order (888-844-0534).
  2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
  3. Ship order to us with a copy of your invoice and RMA marked on the outside of the box.
  4. Merchandise must be shipped with freight pre-paid using a traceable shipping method.
  5. Email tracking number to our office at time of return.
  6. Return merchandise must be in its original condition when received to receive full refund.
  7. Safety Kits Plus is not responsible for lost return shipments.
  8. Food, Water, Fire Extinguishers or kits containing them can not be returned.
  9. All returns are subject to approval.
